1、Grass-roots treatment of handrail bracket
Pre-embedded design elevation, location, quantity shall meet the design and installation requirements, and by anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment. If the buried parts do not meet the requirements, effective measures should be taken in time to add buried parts.
2、Installation of handrail bracket parts, grass-roots concrete shall not have puffy phenomenon, and installation elevation shall meet the design requirements, unevenness must be eliminated or repair flat, too concave and grass-roots honeycomb pockmarked serious places, shall not use cement mortar repair, the application of high-strength concrete for repair, and to be a certain strength, before the installation of the railing.
Installation of pre-buried parts
The practice of the embedded parts is to use expansion bolts and steel plates to make the post-connection, first put lines on the grass-roots level of civil construction to determine the location of the handrail bracket fixed point, and then drill holes with impact drills on the ground of the stairs, and then install expansion bolts, bolts to maintain sufficient length, after the positioning of the bolts, the bolts will be tightened at the same time between the nut and the screw welded to prevent the nut and steel plate loose. Handrail and wall surface connection also take the same method.
3、Placement
Due to the above-mentioned post-embedding construction, there is a possibility of error, therefore, before the installation of handrail brackets, should be re-placed to determine the location of the buried plate and the accuracy of the welded riser, such as deviation, timely correction. Should ensure that the stainless steel handrail bracket is all located on the steel plate, and all around can be welded.
4、Installation of handrail bracket
When welding handrail bracket, two people need to cooperate, one holding the handrail bracket to keep it vertical, not shaking when welding, the other person welding, to weld around, and should be in line with the welding specifications.
5、Handrail and handrail bracket connection
Handrail bracket before installation, put the line by drawing a long line, according to the inclination angle of the stairs and the roundness of the handrail used, process the groove at its upper end. Then put the handrail directly into the handrail bracket groove, first weld the top and bottom two handrail brackets of each run of railing, and then spot weld the middle handrail bracket to fix, the adjacent handrail installation docking is accurate and the seam is tight. After the adjacent steel pipe is docked, the seam will be welded with stainless steel welding rod. Before welding, the oil, burrs, rust spots, etc. along the weld must be removed within 30-50mm on each side.
6、Installation of railings
6.1 Glass railings.
Adjust the claw pieces on the handrail bracket so that all the claw pieces are roughly on the same level. Install the glass, pay attention to the glass openings in the set can not be stressed, while making debugging to ensure that the glass is vertical, and keep neat and uniform after tightening the nut to fix the glass.
6.2 Metal railing plate.
Stainless steel railing plate, directly welded connection with the railing, and then deal with the welded joints; aluminum plate railing plate, through the position of the code piece around the aluminum plate to locate the fixed position on the handrail bracket, drilling holes for the handrail bracket and then screw tighten the aluminum plate code piece and handrail bracket connection.
7、Sanding and polishing
After all the welding is done, use the hand-held sanding machine to flatten and polish the weld until it does not show the weld. When polishing, use the flannel wheel or felt to polish, while using the corresponding polishing paste, until the basic consistency with the adjacent base material, without showing the weld.
8、Clean up, finished product protection
Clean up the work surface after installation to ensure that the top surface of the foundation and the supporting surface is clean, and debris and pollution are strictly prohibited. And cover good plastic film for finished product protection.
